The Examination Process

Once you complete the course and pass all modules:

1. You’ll receive a completion certificate.

2. Contact Prime Training via 02080881122 or info@primetraining.org.uk to schedule your exam.

3. You’ll be emailed a secure link and instructions.

4. Take the exam at a time that suits you – the exam is live, remotely invigilated, and recorded.

Important Exam Rules

• Must be taken on a PC or laptop with:

  • Windows 10 or above

  • Google Chrome browser

  • Broadband connection (3Mbps+), webcam, and speakers

• No phones, headphones, written notes, or additional tabs/windows

• No one else in the room

• Only water is permitted

• Photo ID must be shown at the start

If you pass, your exam recording is reviewed by the awarding body and your certificate is emailed (typically within 3 days). It may take longer.

Note: A free re-sit is allowed if the exam is failed.  Cheating results in a permanent ban from this method of testing.
