Our Emergency First Aid at Work is the most popular first aid qualification in the UK. Level-3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification (EFAW) is the choice of many employers to ensure they are meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety (first aid) Regulations 1981.
Our Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) meet the minimum requirement of first aid regulations. This course is ideal for working in small organisations and other low risk environments.
Pre-Requisites:
This qualification is suitable for above 16 years, those who undertake the responsibilities of a first aider in a small organisation. Those under 16 may undertake the qualification, however employers should not rely on them to be a responsible first aider.
The learners must have enough proficiency in English language to follow the course and to take part in assessments.
This course includes practical elements. All attendees will be required to demonstrate First Aid procedures as they would in a real work environment. This includes providing CPR to a casualty who is on the floor, therefore be physically capable of doing so.
