Who is this for?
Our Level-3 Paediatric First Aid course is aimed at those working in an early years setting who require a qualification to meet the early years foundation stage requirements.
The Level 3 Award in Paediatric First aid (RQF) is the most common qualification for early years practitioners and the course is 1 day online (self-study) and 1 day at the classroom.
Our Paeditric First Aid course meets the requirement of OFSTED and EYFS requirements
Pre-Requisites:
This qualification is aimed at those over 16 who are able to undertake the responsibilities associated with being an emergency first aider. Those under 16 may undertake the qualification, however employers should not rely on them to be a responsible first aider.
Candidates require sufficient level of the English language to complete the course and assessment.
Attendees will need to demonstrate First Aid procedures as they would in a real work environment. This includes providing CPR to a casualty who is on the floor, therefore be physically capable of doing so.
