ROLO Manager – Health, Safety & Environmental Awareness is a BALI-approved qualification for managers in the land-based industries. Equivalent to the CITB SMSTS course, it provides the knowledge and skills to manage health, safety and environmental responsibilities effectively. This course is recognised by CSCS and Build UK, supporting applications for the relevant LISS/CSCS Manager SmartCard.
For LISS / CSCS Manager Cards
This three-day blended learning course is required for those applying for a LISS/CSCS Manager SmartCard. BALI administers the LISS/CSCS Scheme on behalf of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). The ROLO Manager course provides land-based sector managers with the knowledge and competence required to meet the health, safety and environmental standards expected of senior manager/ director level, enabling them to register on the Register of Land-based Operatives (ROLO) .
Mode of Study & Delivery Options
The ROLO Manager course is a three-day course (and an e-learning module) which can be taken online (via Zoom). There is an online multiple-choice test at the end of the session.
