ROLO Supervisor – Health, Safety & Environmental Awareness is a BALI-approved qualification for supervisors in the landscaping and land-based industries. Equivalent to the CITB SSSTS course, it provides the knowledge and skills to manage health, safety and environmental responsibilities effectively. This course is recognised by CSCS and Build UK, supporting applications for the relevant LISS/CSCS Supervisor SmartCard.
For LISS / CSCS Supervisor Card
This two-day blended learning course is required for those applying for a LISS/CSCS Supervisor SmartCard. BALI administers the LISS/CSCS Scheme on behalf of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). The ROLO Supervisor course provides Landscape Supervisors with the knowledge and competence required to meet the health, safety and environmental standards expected of supervisory personnel, enabling them to register on the Register of Land-based Operatives (ROLO) .

The ROLO Supervisor course is a two-day course (and an e-learning module) which can be taken online (via Zoom). There is an online multiple-choice test at the end of the session.
